Program Rules: Perform the test before starting training. The test is to determine what the maximum number of push-ups you can do at a time. Observe a rest and proper diet.

Example: you did 43 push-ups in the test. Select a program from the list 41-45 times. Remember to rest 2 days after the recovery test.
